Minutes & Budget

This page has a list of all General and Board meeting minutes as well as the current Budget as approved by the members.

The NTES PTA holds monthly board meetings and three general PTA meetings a year. The first is held in September and during that meeting the yearly budget is voted on. The second meeting is held in January and during that meeting any changes to the budget are voted on. Those changes are made based on the amount of money generated by our annual fundraisers. The third and final general meeting is in May and it is at that meeting when the board members for the next year are elected and our volunteers are recognized.
